Weigh-In Friday!

Happy Friday Everyone!  Well, if I may, I would just like to toot my own horn here for a second.  Normally I don’t run around telling everyone what I did this week - but allow me this one time smile I put myself on my own personal challenge of not eating out.  Instead I ate exactly by my points on Weight Watchers, logging every point.  I stayed within my range, and I walked 4 times on my handy dandy treadmill.  And as expected - I lost weight!  3.8 pounds to be exact smile See what happens when I’m serious about my weight loss?  (Very excited person here!!) It really gives me the motivation to continue on my serious recommitment!  Although I am taking myself out to eat tonight - but I will be making healthy choices!!

Ok, enough about me.  How did you all do this week?  Who are our big losers for the week?? 

I got together all of our “What We Eat Pictures” and I have to say, they are quite interesting!!  I didn’t want to fill up the whole page so I made a little slide instead.  The one person that I forgot?  ME!  Can you imagine!  If it wasn’t so late in the morning I would do one myself, I feel like such a dunderhead.  I was so intent on getting everyone elses that I forgot my own!  But I’ll add them as I take some pictures today.

What do ya get when you cross a bad head cold with no Taekwondo work outs ??? An unhappy Queenie who’s scale didn’t budge. I didn’t gain though. I can deal with a week of no movement. If only I could burn calories by blowing my nose and laying on my couch. *sigh*

I did commit, no matter how awful that I felt to sticking to my Couch 2 5k program though. It wasn’t pretty, me hacking away while I was on the treadmill. Ewww.

Next week is a new week.

Erin - That is awesome! Congrats! And I think eating out once a week as a treat is not so bad - we usually do on Friday nights. It’s nice to have a break from cooking and washing dishes! Sorry I didn’t send fridge pics, but I was sooo tired last weekend.

Queenie - Poor you! Hope you fee better soon!

I am down a whopping 0.3 lbs....But that’s 2 weeks in a row that the numbers on the scale have crept down a bit, so I’m happy.

I have been sick all week.  My center manager sent me home because she was afraid that I would get everyone else sick.

My scale didn’t budge at all.  I guess not exercising would do that.

Oh and in my defence, the KFC wasn’t mine.  The fruit was mine.  All the other junk belong to the two beasts that I live with.  LOL!

A big congrats to Erin, I have been on the punny side this week with a head cold but still managed to lose, I’m down to 148.4 wohooo for me I’m so very excited,haven’t seen those # on my scale in a very long time

I’ll post tomorrow after I weigh in, as usual.  Not sure what its gonna say as I have had a weird week of not hungry/starving/picking but with in points range.

Hey, the Breyers is Bill’s and the kiddo’s , mine is the WW bars smile Its not summer yet so the good ice cream place isn’t open, then I’m in trouble.

I lost 1.05lbs! The weight is coming off slower now but 1 lb a week is still nothing to complain about so i’m happy

I weigh on Mondays since my activity level goes up on the weekends, but I will keep everyone posted! So far no major loss standing strong, but I’m hoping the weekend will change that! wink I just did my first 30 min Pilates, and feel great! (Kinda wished it was a longer workout than 30 min though..)

Geez I’m so swamped at work and I miss checking in on you ladies!!

I weighed in this morning and was down 5.8 pounds for the week. New trainer’s workouts & meal plans are kicking my tail into shape.

I promise to be active again soon. Sooo much going on right now.

Well it’s weigh-in Monday for me. I’m mad. I will NOT cheat again! LOL I gained two pounds but I’m not really disappointed, I knew I screwed up with the golden arches. Apparently my body (and probably a lot of other people’s bodies) turns McDonald’s straight into fat, if it digests it at all. NO MORE FAST FOOD FOR ME! wink On to a much better week. =)
