Weigh-In Friday!
Okay, so let’s see… 2 weeks ago I was down 12.6 pounds or something similar to that (I’m too lazy to look, lol), then last week I gained 9.3 pounds (again give or take since I’m too lazy to look), and this week I lost 2.2 pounds so that would make me…
Wait, doing the math here -
5.4 pounds from 3 weeks ago, and exactly 10.4 pounds down from my record high last year. Not exactly stellar results in a year! I’ve been on some freaking bad ass roller coaster that I can’t seem to get myself off of. Even if we took my record high just a few months ago (but not as high as last year) which is when I recommitted myself I find that I’m only down 4.6 pounds. Good God, I’m a joke… but at least I’m a consistent joke!
Actually I have been rethinking my decision to get off of Weight Watchers. I am reconsidering joining again. I felt much more responsible for my eating with Weight Watchers - my problem is that I didn’t work the plan necessarily towards the end, which is why I quit to begin with. Maybe my problem is that I was only doing it online rather than going to meetings. I have to sit and think about this thoroughly to figure out if Weight Watchers was the best “diet plan” for me, or if I just have to accept the fact that I’m going to remain fat until I get off my ass and do something about it. I don’t really know the answer to that.
But I do know that many of you have showed some real improvement lately and for that I’m very happy! You all seem really committed to losing the weight, and that is awesome! So, tell us how you did this week - Did you all drop big numbers or what??
