Weigh-In Friday!
As if you didn’t know, today is Friday here at Our Wicked Weighs and that means it is time to weigh in!! So, get out those scales at some point this today or this weekend and let us know how you are doing! We love to hear your success stories - and if you don’t have a loss, that’s okay too! There is always next week

We’d love to hear from you if there is something you want to see more of, less of, or an idea that you have that would spur you on to weight loss.
As for me, I’ve done two days of my couch to 5K run (I’m on the 7 month plan so I only have to work out three times this week), and on Monday I’ll be starting my Yoga for weight loss DVD on the days that I’m not walking. I also just purchased with my remaining Amazon gift certificates, the new Jillian Michaels DVD. It is a mix of cardio and strength training So, expect some reviews on how that is going - or some whining in case my entire body tries to revolt! I feel like I’m starting my weight loss all over from the time I took off, but I’m looking forward to it. It’s sure hard to get back on the horse so to speak, but I’m feeling like I can do this… or I’m seriously going to die trying this time. I’m not giving up this time because my body is failing me… or should I say, I’m failing my body. I am only 34 years old and I’m sick of being overweight, but more so, I’m sick of being unhealthy.
Anyhow, sorry for the weight loss ramble
