Weigh-In Friday!
Happy Friday Everyone! Well, if I may, I would just like to toot my own horn here for a second. Normally I don’t run around telling everyone what I did this week - but allow me this one time
I put myself on my own personal challenge of not eating out. Instead I ate exactly by my points on Weight Watchers, logging every point. I stayed within my range, and I walked 4 times on my handy dandy treadmill. And as expected - I lost weight! 3.8 pounds to be exact
See what happens when I’m serious about my weight loss? (Very excited person here!!) It really gives me the motivation to continue on my serious recommitment! Although I am taking myself out to eat tonight - but I will be making healthy choices!!
Ok, enough about me. How did you all do this week? Who are our big losers for the week??
I got together all of our “What We Eat Pictures” and I have to say, they are quite interesting!! I didn’t want to fill up the whole page so I made a little slide instead. The one person that I forgot? ME! Can you imagine! If it wasn’t so late in the morning I would do one myself, I feel like such a dunderhead. I was so intent on getting everyone elses that I forgot my own! But I’ll add them as I take some pictures today.

Weigh-In Friday!
As if you didn’t know, today is Friday here at Our Wicked Weighs and that means it is time to weigh in!! So, get out those scales at some point this today or this weekend and let us know how you are doing! We love to hear your success stories - and if you don’t have a loss, that’s okay too! There is always next week
That gives us enough time to whip you into shape!

We’d love to hear from you if there is something you want to see more of, less of, or an idea that you have that would spur you on to weight loss.
As for me, I’ve done two days of my couch to 5K run (I’m on the 7 month plan so I only have to work out three times this week), and on Monday I’ll be starting my Yoga for weight loss DVD on the days that I’m not walking. I also just purchased with my remaining Amazon gift certificates, the new Jillian Michaels DVD. It is a mix of cardio and strength training So, expect some reviews on how that is going - or some whining in case my entire body tries to revolt! I feel like I’m starting my weight loss all over from the time I took off, but I’m looking forward to it. It’s sure hard to get back on the horse so to speak, but I’m feeling like I can do this… or I’m seriously going to die trying this time. I’m not giving up this time because my body is failing me… or should I say, I’m failing my body. I am only 34 years old and I’m sick of being overweight, but more so, I’m sick of being unhealthy.
Anyhow, sorry for the weight loss ramble
I’m just sick and tired of being sick and tired!

Which weigh did he go?
I am not sure what happens in your home the day before weigh in. In my house, I am chugging water, eating less, doing extra time on the treadmill...basically anything I can think of to put up the smaller numbers. Why do we only get in this mode when weigh in approaches? My take on that one is that it’s because we don’t want to disappoint ourselves when we step on the scale on Friday. (or in some cases - Saturday at WW)
Am I the only one who gets a frantic rush of “OMG I have to drop this week” happening on Thursdays? I can’t be. What I plan to do next week is to just work my fanny off ALL week long. Then I don’t have to freak out the day before. Wouldn’t THAT be smart?
I am offering up a challenge to you all for this next week. Pretend that every day is weigh in. Come here, post your weight every single day in the comments. Just for next week...be the obsessive compulsives that I know you can be. Let’s see if the new mind set will affect our numbers in the end. I love experiments.
