Weigh In Time Again

Today we’re going to do things a little differently.  I see that people are not weighing in every Friday and I have my theories as to why. 

First theory - you secretly can’t stand us and are mocking us to all your friends while you sit there and lose tons of weight without us.

Second theory - You don’t want to admit that you weigh in on Tuesday rather than Friday and Tuesday seems too long past Friday to post. 

Third theory - You are gaining weight or just not losing and are afraid to say it out loud. 

I’m guessing the latter is the correct theory (just simply based on my own fear to weigh in!) So, today we’re going to skip the weigh in numbers (although you really should get on the scale simply for yourself) and instead let us know how much you have left to lose.  I have seriously lost track of everyone’s weight loss so far and how far they have to go.  So this is the time to not only remind me and Queenie but to remind yourself how far you have come and what you have left.  It will seal the deal on your commitment to losing weight and allow us to know exactly where the group is at! 

As this is being posted I’m away for a few days, so when I get back I will post exactly how much I have left to lose.  C’mon girls - you can do it!  I know you are all reading, so make sure you comment as well smile

Weigh In Friday!

Hi everyone!  Well, I weighed in on Thursday instead because I knew I had a mom’s night in and didn’t dare weigh in the morning after that!  Too much beer, chips and stuff I really shouldn’t eat smile but as of Thursday morning I weighed in at 2.1 pounds less than I did last week.... I’m finally back to losing again wink We’ll see how long that lasts, but I think it’ll be good for now!

You all have been really quiet this week smile How are you all doing?  Have you lost any weight?  I want to see LOTS of comments today - so let us know how you did!

I’m sorry this isn’t longer, I just don’t have much to say today other than have a good weekend! And eat those fruits and veggies smile

Weigh-In Friday!

Okay, so let’s see… 2 weeks ago I was down 12.6 pounds or something similar to that (I’m too lazy to look, lol), then last week I gained 9.3 pounds (again give or take since I’m too lazy to look), and this week I lost 2.2 pounds so that would make me…

Wait, doing the math here -

5.4 pounds from 3 weeks ago, and exactly 10.4 pounds down from my record high last year.  Not exactly stellar results in a year!  I’ve been on some freaking bad ass roller coaster that I can’t seem to get myself off of.  Even if we took my record high just a few months ago (but not as high as last year) which is when I recommitted myself I find that I’m only down 4.6 pounds.  Good God, I’m a joke… but at least I’m a consistent joke!

Actually I have been rethinking my decision to get off of Weight Watchers.  I am reconsidering joining again.  I felt much more responsible for my eating with Weight Watchers - my problem is that I didn’t work the plan necessarily towards the end, which is why I quit to begin with.  Maybe my problem is that I was only doing it online rather than going to meetings.  I have to sit and think about this thoroughly to figure out if Weight Watchers was the best “diet plan” for me, or if I just have to accept the fact that I’m going to remain fat until I get off my ass and do something about it.  I don’t really know the answer to that. 

But I do know that many of you have showed some real improvement lately and for that I’m very happy!  You all seem really committed to losing the weight, and that is awesome!  So, tell us how you did this week - Did you all drop big numbers or what??
